5. Deposits and Payments

A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation. If the client cancels on the day of the scheduled shoot and does not arrange a reschedule within 3 business days, the deposit will be forfeited.
If a reschedule is arranged within 3 business days, the deposit will be applied toward the new date.

6. Revisions and Edits

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the included two may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

7. Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or verbally, [Your Business Name] retains full rights and ownership of all raw footage created during a project.
Clients are granted usage rights to the final edited product for the agreed-upon purpose (e.g., marketing, social media, personal use).
Raw footage will not be released to the client unless explicitly agreed to and may be subject to additional fees.
